People are getting more and more impatient in terms of weight loss results. According to ACSM, American College of Sports Medicine, safe weight loss is about 1 pound of body fat per week. The keywords here are safe weight loss and body fat. Not crazy weight loss and lose muscle and water.
Instead of focusing on healthy eating and losing body fat while getting fit, people are just to focused on how many pounds one can lose and how fast is it. This is mainly because people are just too impatient and desperate to lose weight and wants to make a huge impression on other people.
