Speed Up Metabolism Fast With High Intensity Training: "You can maximize your metabolism by including supersets and drop sets into your workout routine. Supersets are two exercises done back to back, usually involving opposing muscle groups. An example is doing standing barbell curls superset with dips. You can also do supersets like heavy bench press and then straight away drop down and do 10 push ups.

Drops sets or strip sets is where you start of an exercise with a very heavy load and do eight reps, then strip of the weight and do 10 reps and then for the last set, lighten the weight some more and do 12 reps. All these are done back to back."
