Well, I told my good friend which is a marathon runner that I did 46 kilometers in total last week. and plan to do 50 this week. He told me that I need to increase by 20%. I said What!!!
Ok, I am not going to push my self like mad, I am going for 10 % increase. I have to hit 51 kilometers this week.
I did a great start and I have done 11K, so I just need 40 kilometers to go.
