Ab Exercise For The Oblique: "The side bridge is similar to the bridge exercise. The only difference is that the side bridge is done on the side. First, lay down on your side with your elbows directly under your shoulders. If you are laying on your left, your left elbow will be under your left shoulders and your right shoulder facing the ceiling with your left arm by your left side."
