Well, I told my good friend which is a marathon runner that I did 46 kilometers in total last week. and plan to do 50 this week. He told me that I need to increase by 20%. I said What!!!

Ok, I am not going to push my self like mad, I am going for 10 % increase. I have to hit 51 kilometers this week.

I did a great start and I have done 11K, so I just need 40 kilometers to go.

I did it! My first 10 K in 60 mins!

Well, I am not such a fan in running. i find it super difficult to run even 5 kilometers. But today on 27 of October, I did it, my first 10 K in 60 minutes. Enjoying my music loaded in my Ipod, watching CNN and sheer peer pressure, I finished 10 K with ease and loving it!

This week, I ran a total of 46k. I was actually aiming for 50 K but sometimes you just have to much work to do. Never mind, I will try again next week. I must do it!!

If you go out to dinner on Friday Nights then don't start on a Friday. Count how many calories you ate and drank for breakfast that morning. Write it down in your notebook. If you need to know how many calories are in something like an apple or an orange then just look it up online. Most other food and drink items should have their calorie count on them.

Count all the calories that you consume during the day, not only meals. If you have a snack between breakfast and lunch make sure to include it in your calorie count.

For lunch just make sure that you remember to write down how many calories you took in and the same for dinner. Again, most food and drink will have the calories listed right on the package that is why you should do this first step on a normal day and not a day where you plan on going out to dinner.

This next step is simple. Add up all of the calories you ate and drank that day and simply cut that number by 500. If your total calorie intake for that day was 3000 then you should only eat 2500 calories each day for fat loss.

Another simple way for rapid weight loss is to boost up your metabolism. You can do this by spreading your calories out between 5 or 6 small meals instead of the regular large 3 meals which are breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Believe it or not, chest fat or also known as man boobs is a very common problem among men. Well, having man boobs can really pose a problem when you are trying to wear a tight fitting shirt.

Well, not to worry. This is a very effective method to get rid of man boobs. This technique is called super set. A super set is basically two exercises done after one another without rest and until the muscles reaches failure. You can really feel the burn when you three sets of super sets.

The combination of exercises is very important too. I find that the bench press plus push up combination and cable flyes plus push up combination works really burn the chest fat.

First, do 10 reps of heavy bench press and do fifteen push ups or push ups until failure. Then move on to 8 reps bench press and then fifteen push ups. If you cannot complete 15 full push, do the remaining on your knees. Keep the rest between sets 1- 2 minutes.

The fleys plus push up combo is an excellent exercise as a finisher in your chest workout routine. This combo is so tough that you feel your chest is tearing apart! But don’t think that you can loose chest fat by doing just weight training. You need to do lots of cardio as well. You need to do at least 4 sessions of cardio for at least 45 minutes.
