Believe it or not, chest fat or also known as man boobs is a very common problem among men. Well, having man boobs can really pose a problem when you are trying to wear a tight fitting shirt.

Well, not to worry. This is a very effective method to get rid of man boobs. This technique is called super set. A super set is basically two exercises done after one another without rest and until the muscles reaches failure. You can really feel the burn when you three sets of super sets.

The combination of exercises is very important too. I find that the bench press plus push up combination and cable flyes plus push up combination works really burn the chest fat.

First, do 10 reps of heavy bench press and do fifteen push ups or push ups until failure. Then move on to 8 reps bench press and then fifteen push ups. If you cannot complete 15 full push, do the remaining on your knees. Keep the rest between sets 1- 2 minutes.

The fleys plus push up combo is an excellent exercise as a finisher in your chest workout routine. This combo is so tough that you feel your chest is tearing apart! But don’t think that you can loose chest fat by doing just weight training. You need to do lots of cardio as well. You need to do at least 4 sessions of cardio for at least 45 minutes.
